Alexis brings a dancer's precision and a screen actor's training to every role. She played the lead role of P. T. Barnum in The Tap Scene's stage production of The Greatest Showman, directed by Paige Rodgers. With Dramac Productions, she performed in the ensembles of NewsRev and Artistic Inspiration.
She trained at Screenwise Film & TV School, completing the Screen Acting Beginners Course in 2024 and the Showreel Course in 2025. Her tutors included Denise Roberts, Teo Gebert, Jonny Pasvolsky, Blake Wells, Diane Weller and Alan Zitner, with work spanning Meisner, Eric Morris, script analysis, improvisation, green screen and audition technique.
Alexis listens closely and builds raw, truthful performances from real life. For her, acting is a collaborative art, one that draws creatives together and opens new avenues of expression.
She moves as freely off screen as on it: an intermediate to advanced dancer in tap, jazz, hip-hop and pole, an alto singer, and at home on the snow and in the surf. She works in Australian, Standard American and Canadian accents.
